Need some help

So I'm 26 female and living on universal credit I have a budget for around £100 to £120 per month for food toiletries and travel. I'm also (as of this morning) 309lbs which means ibmve lost a few pounds over the last few weeks but I need help with motivation and doing more so what recipes do people have, if like to start exercising any ideas of where to start any encouragement is also welcome. I eat to much choclete but I'm working on that. I have cataplexy, narcolepsy and sleep apnea I also have Ptsd, depression and social anxiety I struggle to function most days and I'm not sure how to go about getting better if anyone had and thought I would be grateful to hear them. Thank you.
