I am a 19 year old 5’2 female and I currently weigh 145 lbs. I started out weighing 148. I’ve always been muscular built but I honestly just want to slim down and not feel so bulky. I was already feeling extremely insecure about my weight when my mom lectured me about it and now I just really want to slim down as quickly as possible. I think about it all the time and don’t even like doing anything anymore because I feel so insecure. If anyone has advice on how to actually lose weight quickly (I know it’s “impossible”, I’ve heard) let me know. I really want to get rid of my bulky muscle too (not all of it of course) Also please do not give me another lecture, it would really make me feel much better mentally if I could at least get kind of close to my goal weight of 115 before going back to school in late August. Any actual weight loss advice that isn’t telling me to just be confident or something would be appreciated. Thank you 🙏🏻
