MyFitnessPal tells me historical data, anything to show me future?

Hello All,

Thanks for reading.

Just a question. MyFitnessPal tells me the calories, fat, carbs etc. of what I've eaten (historical information). IE "that salmon you just eat was 500 calories which means I'm now over in my intake"

Is there an app that can tell me what to eat to say on track. For example : "you should only eat a 400g salmon fillet to stay within calorie budget"

So if I want a meal I can tag say salmon, rice and broccoli and it will tell me the portion sizes I need of each. In other words future information.

Cheers

Information on my to satisfy the mods :

  • a few words about yourself, such as your job or the physical activity of your typical day. - Deskjob, trying to work out 4 times per week, weights and cardo.
