Male, 15, 185 centimeters, 105 kilos. Hi. So, I have not tried any diet so far because every time I try to, it always ends up with the websites asking for my credit card number first without even showing me anything. Have went to gym for a month but I am not able to go there for the next month or two. But I will continue going to gym. I mostly eat what's available. And in my house that is pasta, rice, and things like that. The reason why I want to lose weight is because (it's probably too cliche at this point, but) I want to be healthy. And Vans don't look good on a fattie. Sorry if this post turns out to be blank, or of sort.
What I'm asking for is, any sort of advice or something for me to follow: Any help, any advice, any diet, any workout plan, telling me to cut this or that.
And if you feel like I did not give enough information, I am willing to, so please ask.
