Just found out I have about the same fat percentage as buttered popcorn, it has given me the motivation to try losing weight again.

I am 17 years old and want to lose 30lbs. I lost 24 lbs last year, but because of covid and other personal reasons, I wasn't able to keep up with my new diet and exercise routine. For this reason, I am now looking for another way to lose weight. I want to eat healthier, but I can only prepare my dinner occasionally (once or twice a week). I also want to start exercising more, but I have bad knees. Does anyone have some tips for losing weight and sustaining a healthy diet and exercise routine? I can't go to a gym and do not have any equipment or the money to buy it. I am only able to do exercise you can do at home or outside. I would appreciate any tips, and if you are or have been in a similar situation, I would like to hear how you lost or are losing weight.
