I hope posts like this are alowed here, if not please remove.
So my situation is as follows:
I am a 20 year old male who has been severely depressed for a majority of my life.
I think the weight I put on about 5-7 years ago plays a big role, so I want it off again
I am 6'3" (192cm), and currently about 370lb (169kg). My dream weight is about 240lb (110kg).
I am subscribed to a small local gym since march last year, but have only gone like 4 or 5 times.
Basically what I am looking for is some advice on what and how much to eat to healthily lose the weight to avoid jojo-effect (I plan on going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week)
Some advice on what to eat and when, so carbs, protein, etc. Currently I am absolutely clueless so some advice would really help me get started on Monday.
My current eating habits are total garbage, so I will be changing them up completely. (2-3k cal at 8pm every day.)
Advice from people who have a clue about health and fitness would be nice.
