The only way I track my bodily progress is with the scale.
I weight out ALL of my food with a super accurate scale.
I’m 5’5” starting at 145lbs and currently at 135 for some reason. A few days ago I was At 131???? I just want to be 125lbs. A healthy weight for my frame and height.
Sunday I did go over my calorie goal but I only went up to like 134.....and then back to 132......then I just kept gaining?
I’m at 135 again SO frustrated. I know for a fact that I’m not going over 1,300 any day, usually around 1,200.
I am not on my period, it actually ended almost a week ago.
I do work out but I’ve been consistent with lifting weights for years.
The only thing I’ve changed with my diet is that I’m learning that I actually like being slightly higher carb (I used to hang out around 50-75, now I’m 130-150)and I’ve been drinking more diet soda. Like ....allot more diet soda. I’m going to try to not drink any today and chill out lol.
Any ideas I’d what this could be? It’s so frustrating to be putting in the hard work and not seeing it on the scale. I am so close to my goal! What gives!
Edit: I’ve been sleeping enough. Yesterday I got 8 hours, same with the day before.
