Hey, so I'm 31f 5'7. Healthy weight for my height is 122-149lbs.
I was anywhere from. 160-230lbs from 18 until last year at 30yo. (Pregnancy was in there 7 years ago, but I was 175 before I got pregnant and then it got a little out of hand).
I worked hard over the past 3 years and I'm 133lbs now and I'm pretty in shape. I eat well, and I exercise to some degree daily. But I don't feel skinnier. I don't feel like I look that different when I'm just going about my daily routine. Obviously in photos from then and now I see it.
Today I took a photo of myself and WOW. I look sexier than I ever have in my life. Lol. The photo looks like this really put together, in shape woman but I still can't believe it's me. I look down and I still look how I feel I've always looked...I just lost most of my chest area and thats the only thing I actively notice.
Wtf is up with this? Am I alone? I figured after all this work, I would feel the difference (in outward appearance) in day to day life. (Obviously I feel the difference in not tiring easily, being able to do more and push my body to new endurance achievements).
