I've gotten down to pretty close to my goal weight. Right now I'm 5'6" and 140 lbs. However, I still have a B belly (something like this). I've heard some people refer to this as "hourglass syndrome", and I was wondering if anyone else is facing the same problem or knows how to fix it? I watched some youtube videos that say that if you relax your abdomen and your pelvic floor as well as fix an anterior pelvic tilt that you can get rid of this. I was wondering if anyone had had success doing this and how long it would take to get a flat stomach. It just sucks because I'm only 5lbs away from my gw yet I'm still as insecure as before because of the shape of my stomach.
