I am a 17M 5"11 130kg (286lb) and have tried everything to lose weight. Twice I lost about 10kg but both times I put it back on. I feel like I will just keep putting on weight for the rest of my life. I have zero self confidence and no real friends and while my peers are all getting girlfriends I feel like I will never so much as talk to a girl. I am always tired and my doctor says that if I don't lose weight I will probably soon become diabetic. I always eat when I am bored or sad and sometimes I feel like the only good part of my day is when I eat, which is why I never stick to any diet. I'm trying to get a psychologist but the waitlists are crazy. I really am desperate to loose weight and get more self confidence so any help would be great.
