Hi,
i usually lurk here but i just feel super proud. i'm on my own fitness journey and my goal weight is being able to ride a horse.
I have worked out consistently since June 2nd and seeing my 5 lb results.
trying out different workout styles and recently high reps with low weight.
I went from 238 to 233.20 . im not starving myself but went leaner on red meats, any type of seltzer water and just generally trying to eat more. (I used to skip breakfast)
I go 3-5 times a week and alternate between legs and arms with abs every time.
my favorite active rest days are ones with hikes and swimming involved.
It's not perfect i dont have any progress pics but wanted to share.
