X/5’9”/33 - 223 > 204 (-19 lbs)
I have been plateaued between 203 and 206 lbs for about 8 weeks now and had been completely discouraged. About 6 weeks ago I decided to take a few measurements in case this happened, and took them again today for the first time since then. I have lost 2 inches off of my waist and hips, 1 off of chest!! This has given me the motivation to keep going even when I’m seeing the same numbers every morning on the scale.
Moral of the story: Don’t give up, look for those non scale victories!!
(I do CICO, pretty loosely but keep it between 1500-1800/day + 3 days/ week of weightlifting)
