Back at it again after years on my bullsh*t. I’ve been tracking meticulously with MFP for 20 days (I know not that long yet). First 4 days I dropped 5 pounds (234 to 229) which I’m assuming is water weight. Since then, my weight has been bouncing from 228-229 on the daily. I would have expected to have dropped at LEAST a pound more by now, but nothing.
I am eating 1600-1800 calories depending on the day. I was expecting the weight to drop off much faster in the beginning of resuming CICO since I am starting at a weight that requires 2700 calories a day to maintain.
What’s the deal?? I’m feeling so defeated already😔
