1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): On it. Smoked salmon for the win today.
Exercise 5 days a week: Rest day body is sore & tired & I slept like pooh. 12/15 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Gonna hit this up before bed.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for some silly things I laughed at including a Tiktok about being stoned at Trader Joe's, all the wild flowers/very pretty weeds around this time of year, the fancy sparkling water I got & coffee because Lord is it good.
Expressing gratitude: Nailed it last night. Will hit it up tonight again.
