20.8 BMI but high waist to hip ratio, time to lose more weight? Anyone else have this problem?

Hello everyone,

I'm a 5'1 female who is 110 lbs. I have no idea what my body fat percentage is. The Navy would say I'm obese, the methods that use waist/forearm/hip/waist put me at 26%. I do weight training 4-5 times a week and eat at a 250 caloric deficit. I don't do cardio because I can't eat enough to keep up with the calories I burn - used to be an hardcore runner so intimately familiar with that.

My hip to waist ratio is 0.86 which puts me at a moderate risk for heart disease. It runs in the family so I am very conscious of any added risks on top of genetics. It scares me a little how bad the ratio is in relation to my weight. Should I lose more weight? Add some cardio?
