I'm 5"7 at the start of my journey I was 235 at 34% BF and now 250 at 23% BF. But I've been stuck here for the last 6 months. The last 8 weeks I changed my workout routine and drop cals from 2200 down to 2000. Changed my macros too from around 200g of protein down to 150-175 n boasted my carbs and kept low fats. Still in those weeks nothing has changed. Ive taken a week off cause I'm starting to feel burnt out and unmotivated. Like I get it's a slow process. I keep getting bigger in muscle size but good golly my belly won't go away, it seems likes it getting bigger too! Also I do little to no cardio l, just alot of weight lifting could this be not helping as well? Please I need help I can't stand myself in mirror anymore, I might as well just not do anything n be fat
