I'm a 28 year old male, 300 lbs, and trying to lose weight as efficiently through dieting as I can. I've been using myfitnesspal to keep track of calories for a while, and my recommended caloric intake for my weight is is 2,560, which seems really high to me. I know the recommended minimum for men is 1,200-1,500, which is what I generally aim for. Today I ate very low calorie foods (veggie burger, zucchini noodles, some tortilla chips, etc) drank only water and some tea, and finished the day at around 900 calories. Should I do anything when this happens? Do I need to eat something else to meet the minimum? Or is it not that big of a
