Hello all!
I am 6’3 1/2 and weight 185 pounds. I am miserable of counting calories and i’m only 14 and have lost 95 pounds now. I just wanted to know how many calories i should eat in a day to maintain. I do the elliptical every day for 30 minutes and do a quick kettlebell 15 minute workout every other day. I have kept losing weight because i eat too little even though i feel like i’m eating enough. I used to eat 2000 calories a day and lost 15lbs since december. I just don’t know how many calories to eat and i’m honestly miserable. My parents are forcing me to fucking gorge when i don’t want to and eat 2700 calories a day. I hate doing this because i feel like i’m just going to gain all the weight back. My family has refused to get me a proper doctor or food therapist. Fucking help.
