I think I have put on quite a few kilograms over the course of this pandemic - mainly due to a sweet tooth in general, cokes in particular, and a lack of exercise. I need to figure out how to get started on turning this around.
My family has a gym membership, but thanks to this goddamn virus, I can’t use it. I’ve been wanting to take up kendo for some time, but that’s not possible for the same damn reason. I have a bicycle, but it’s winter right now and the weather doesn’t always permit riding.
I also need a caffeine substitute for the cokes, and I don’t like coffee. Maybe tea could do the trick, but I don’t know.
