This is my first time posting so I won’t promise that you’ll be hearing from me often but I wanted to start sharing my weight loss journey, or at least the beginning of it. Last summer, I was near 200LBS. As someone who is between 5’0”-5’4”, that’s not healthy. I had some health issues that pushed me to start trying to lose the weight and it’s been hard, especially around the holiday season. I stopped working out regularly and started eating unhealthy again which caused me to gain a couple of pounds. Not a lot but enough to make me upset that I was letting the small progress I made go to waste. So I decided to start trying again. I decided to not just go off the scale, but also measure myself to see what progress I can make. I didn’t take my measurements last year but I can start now.
Starting weight was at 195LBS.
As of earlier this month, my stats are the following:
LBS: 183.5 B: 45 W: 41 H: 43
Hopefully I can see some progress made by this summer, even if it’s by a couple pounds. Definitely seems like it would be fun to keep track of it this way once I do start losing weight but only time will tell.
