Seeking workout advice

I have a question for someone who has experience with working out. I started at the gym in July and have been going 5-6 days a week. I have a routine that consist of weightlifting and cardio. Although I'm sure it's not perfect, this is my current routine. 200 crunches, bench press, chest pulldowns, and shoulder press and 45-60 minutes cardio(elliptical, bike, treadmill or Arc trainer) on one day and then 200 crunches, triceps, biceps and back with 45-60 cardio the next. I have been doing this July. I can see a difference in my arms and my waist size has decreased significantly. My question is can I continue this or is this a problem. I eat about 1800-2000 calories a day.
