I’m going to get back on my weight loss this week and I’m just wondering if you guys think coffee makes a difference or not? I am doing a water challenge to remind myself to drink more water while also eating healthier but I need my coffee lol. I don’t put any sugar in my coffee - I use an almond coffee creamer that has 25 calories per tablespoon (I usually only use 1 or 2). Obviously if you are drinking 200 calorie coffees every day or more than once a day that is going to have a negative impact. But I’m trying to give up my sugary Starbucks coffees but still have my daily coffee (I’m a student teacher - I kinda need it! Lol). I also drink tea but just enjoy my coffee. What’s your opinion? I know black coffee doesn’t have calories. But I’ve read differing things about whether or not it stops you from losing weight.
