Hello,
I want to lose 25 lbs (200 to 175). I eat 2 large meals a day, one at 11h30 AM, another at 6 PM. Very little snacking. I drink 2 liter of water and a liter of black coffee a day.
What is the hardest for me is late night snacking. If I go to bed hungry, i cant sleep, at all. I got the bad habit of snacking right before bed and sleep so well. I'm looking for a snack that will fill me up without adding to much to my caloric total. I already eat load of raw vegetable with my meals, so by the end of the night im sick of that. Fruit are way too sugary for my taste, specially before bed.
I'm kind of at a loss as to what to eat. Can you help me?
