So currently I’m about 212 pounds and I’m 5’10 I would consider my self chubby. I play baseball and tryouts are about 2months from today. For about two weeks I’ve been eating healthy foods and low portion. But nutritious food. And I’ve lost about three pounds. So my question is can I loose 30 pounds in two months for the tryouts so I can be 182 pounds and strong. Yes it’s three per week but I would only want to do this for The two months. Then I would slow down to loose two pounds a week till I hit my goal of 160 pounds. So a total of 52 pounds. So my question is this 1. Can I loose 30 pounds in three months then slow down to two pounds a week till I hit my goal and not have a loose skin? 2. Will I have loose skin after loosing 52 pounds. 3. And if I’m 5’10 what weight do you think I will see abs(Ik body fat plays a role but just an estimate) Thank you so much y’all
