I set an intention this year to walk at least 1 km a day. This may seem low to some, but I wanted to start low so I don’t disappoint myself. Anyways, I joined this virtual challenge where you can walk landmarks from around the world. I’m currently doing the Cabot Trail in Nova Scotia, Canada which is 295 ish km’s. You get a medal when you finish the challenge and it’s keeping me super motivated. I’ve been walking at least 3 KM (1.8 mile) a day and I feel great. I usually already have lost my motivation for exercising but this is helping a lot. I hope other people can use this to stay motivated too! I included a link.
