I'm finding it impossible to lose weight living with my carefree partner

(F24) have been living with my partner (M25) for the last 12 months. For context, my partner is about 15 - 20kg overweight, but is confident, likes his body and has no intention of losing weight. Before we moved in together, I lived a health-conscious life. I cooked the majority of my meals at home, exercised every day and was an avid yoga-goer. Since living together a culmination of diet and lifestyle choices has led to me gaining about 5kg. I am not overweight yet, but it's a lot of weight to gain in a single year that I don't need on my body, and I am currently trying to lose it!

Living with my partner is wonderful, but I feel like his total lack of interest in exercise and constant overeating is affecting me. While I know what I eat and how much I exercise is fundamentally my choice, sometimes my partner makes it hard.

- I will suggest a walk or say I'm going on one, and he won't want to come/will suggest watching TV instead or doing something inactive

- I am often tired and stressed from work and sometimes can't face cooking. He always suggests takeout instead of cooking something for us himself, and will often argue for pizza or burgers instead of a healthy option

These are just a couple of examples. I am finding this so hard, like my motivation is almost completely gone. Not only do I wish he cared more about his own health, I wish he would support me more in caring about mine. I have tried to talk about this in a way that's not argumentative/isn't commenting on his weight because I really don't want to hurt him, but I am getting worried that we will both just keep gaining and gaining.

Does anyone who has health with a similar issue have advice about how best to approach this in a sensitive way?
