in 2019, I lost 30 lbs while being on keto. During 2020 for most of the quarantine, I was able to maintain, but I got pregnant. Sadly, I miscarried. Anyway, I have always had an obsession with food, calories, & being skinny. A few months ago after my miscarriage, I started a fitness journey. I’ve been in the gym 5x a week with little to no cardio & mostly heavy weight training. It seems since then i’ve been getting bigger & I haven’t lost any pounds (I know I shouldn’t rely on the scale but I wasn’t seeing any more progress) Maybe it’s the fact I am always eating out instead of cooking like i’m used to & not tracking like I should. I’m trying to cut body fat, but It seems I keep gaining more fat than anything. A lot of people brought up that I was gaining “all of my weight back” but they never knew I was pregnant & that’s where my weight gain came from. Hearing that people were talking about my weight kind of broke me down & made me thinking about starving myself again... I have been trying to keep a healthy relationship with food for a while & also losing weight slowly but i’m beginning to be impatient because it’s almost been 3 months of weight training. I don’t know what I should do!
