So I’m 6’2 and currently as of today at 242lbs. I used to be 284lbs but lost weight and got down to 210 lbs where I looked good felt happy and everything was awesome. I was able to go shopping and get or wear any shirt I want, not be embarrassed at the beach etc. Well after summer I kind of let go and the weight slowly creeped up on me and I’m back at 242lbs. The thing is I knew I was gaining weight but kept brushing it off as water weight. I can’t seem to control my portions. I eat a big meal and not even 2 hours later I’m “starving”. I really want to look good this summer but I have no discipline or motivation. I usually only drink on one weekend day and don’t smoke or anything. Any tips where and how to restart??
