I feel like I’m at a plateau rn, any tips would help

Ps. I’m new to Reddit so please excuse me 😄

Hey guys, so I’m 16m about 5’11-6ft ish and 196 pounds. I’m proud of myself because over the past year, I have lost about 40 pounds ( My highest weight was like 240 in 9th grade). Around that time I was mostly playing basketball, and going to the gym during lunch to hoop around. But I wasn’t really caring about what I was eating at that time. When covid came, I really dedicated myself to workout out 5-6 days a week, and I was def feeling healthier. My main problem was my eating still, which I recently started counting calories at the end of last month. But I really want to know what exactly I need to do. Should I eat in a deficit and workout too, if so... how much should I cut back. Or if anybody has any tips, I would def appreciate it (any workouts too :).
