And it is not so much about my weight, i only need to go down 2 more kg. But when i lost weight i discovered something else.
I cut almost all unessesary sugar from my diet, for about 2 month. I saw that my skin got soooo much better. I mean i never had so good skin in my adult life. I was so used to the neverending pimples/ inflamation everywhere.
So i found out by accident i might be very sensitive to sugar. ( fruit and Natural sugar seems to be fine)
But i looooove chocolate/ candy so much. Over the holidays i ate some treats and chocolate and 1 to 2 days later my skin was the worst. Its so hard for me to give it up completely. The question is , do i want sugary snacks more than once a week( or more than 2 pieces of chocolate ) , or do i want nice skin i always dreamed of?
