Hello guys,
Since the start of covid I came 15kg, gym were closed so I didnt have the motivation to count my calories, and training home is not for me. So now I need to lose atleast 15kg or I need to go 12-15% BF so I can bulk up from there again.
My question is,
I can go to the gym next month or after 4-5 weeks. How should I eat in this periode? Now I am eating 1800cal 500 under my tdee. If I go to the gym again I need to eat 2300-2400cal. But will this not confuse my body? like when i eat 2400 i still no lose weight? or am i thinking to much.
Another question is,
how important is cardio while losing weight? i hate running i hate cardio, its all about calorie in calorie out right? i get bored very fast on a treadmill.
now i need to lose weight for 8-10 months yee
