How often do you step on the scale after reaching a goal or entering maintenance?

I'm looking for an idea of how often other people who are maintaining weigh themselves. It has been around two weeks since I reached/exceeded my goal of 180 lbs (M, 5'11", sw: 213) and I still feel compelled in the morning to step on the scale. In my mind the sooner I see any sort of upward trend the easier it will be to fix. However, I want to avoid creating an unhealthy relationship with the scale or my weight.

I tried very hard to lose weight through sustainable means so maintenance has simply meant a slight increase in portion size and a return to night caps ;D I'm not doing any sort of binge/cheat behaviour or anything. I just want to know what I'm doing is still working...
