How much exercise and salty food is needed to add Water Weight?

Hello!

I just started doing some 45 minute aerobic exercise classes twice a week again, and am planning on getting Chicken Tenders with Fries for dinner (it's a once a week reward treat for me, but I have to limit how much of it I eat.) Would this amount of exercise and salt add water weight? Is there a reliable way for me to calculate this on my own, as internet spaces can be unreliable sometimes?

I'm eating about 4-6 oz of chicken and 1-1.5 cups of fries, and I'm F18 SW:177 CW:177 GW:135-, trying to lose 1-1.5 pounds a week with a 1700 calorie intake. (adding information to meet word count.)

Thanks so much to everyone who replies!
