How do you deal with emotional eating and losing weight?

I'm 5'7", a size S or M, and 165lbs. I'm fairly muscular, but I still have fat I want to lose.

Here's my issue: I'm dealing with so much stuff, idk how to eat better. Between full time work, completing graduate school thesis work, raising a puppy, working out four or five times a week, and attending therapy twice a week, I feel like it takes everything just to eat, so when I do, it's often something I love: lobster bisque or tomato soup with bread for lunch. A baked potato with sour cream and broccoli for dinner. For breakfast, black coffee.

I know how losing weight works. CICO. In theory, I know to meal prep and weigh my food. But I just don't know how to get the energy, especially when I find comfort in eating a luxurious meal and it helps me unwind after a loooooong day.

So, emotional eaters with busy schedules, what do you do to make it work?
