Hi there! Long time lurker here. I've been on the Bad Eating Habits ExpressTM for practically all my life. Some background info: I'm battling with an eating disorder that has plagued me for about a decade, I grew up with caretakers who didn't give me good habits, and my goal is to gain control over my body habits--specifically eating. This is my first time posting about my body but I think having a healthy support system of any type would really help me.
So, I'm following the Quick Start Guide and am on my first week 1. I want to commit to being a healthier and more mindful body-haver! If anyone has any advice, tips, or suggestions, I'm more than open to them!
