My spouse and I both want to start eating healthier, but dinner is a big issue. I do all the weeknight cooking. We have two boys (10 and 5), and most of the things we make for dinner aren’t very healthy.
Hamburger Helper, Jambalaya (from a mix), Tacos, Pizza, Spaghetti with meatballs, Garlic Noodles with chicken, slow cooker pork chops with brown gravy, sloppy Joes, fish sticks, hamburgers, chili, vegetable beef soup, dirty rice, eggs and bacon, and bean burritos are kind of our staples.
I’m not the greatest cook, and was struggling to think of some healthier meals I could make that the kids will actually eat.
