I'm a 15F and 164cm (5"4 roughly). I weigh around 70kg (154lb). Today I looked back at photos from when I was 11 on a holiday to tenerife and I forgot how slim I was. It's funny since I thought I was fat when I was actually just toned. I decided to lose the weight. I dont want to be the size of an 11 year old; I'm probably not even going to weigh myself through the process. I just want to slim down and eat healthier yk I am always really tired and take naps during the day and then I cant sleep at night (I'm writing this at 3.40am and my first class is at 9.45) So this is just a call for help. How should I go about this? Should I go in really slowly, maybe by drinking lots of water to start or should I try eat a healthy meal a day and exercise everyday? I just dont know where to start );
