I cut my portions and count my calories to stay 1,100-1,200 range. In 4ft 11inches and weight 187 lbs. I noticed day 2 my belly grumbles more and hunger.
I had dinner but I'm still light hungry feeling and feel my belly grumble. I am going to have a snack thats around 200-300 calories to complete the 1,200
I dont know if im eating too little or my stomach isn't used to eating less and so its signaling hunger?
I wanna push through this and not over eat but I realize this dieting is going to be a battle. :(
I hope this is just normal during dieting when you portion control. I also want to ask if how you handle sweets on your period?
I'm tempted to buy 1 kit kat bar but still eat well. Or do you just relax on your period and go a little nuts?
Edit: I think I'll stick with a diet coke on shark week and dark chocolate so it's not like I feel guilty while my uterus is tearing apart lol
