So I’ve started working out recently and aim for 30 minutes 4-5 times a week. During these 30 minutes I mainly do YouTube workouts by Chole Ting or Madfit, if I don’t do a YouTube workout I’ll walk on an incline/jog but that’s pretty rare. Also I mostly do the low impact version of workouts since my room is upstairs. Throughout the day I do online school so I sit around for the most part and only get up to get food or switch up the scenery. All the weight I’ve lost so far has been done with a sedentary calorie deficit but now that I’m working out consistently I’m wondering if I should bump them up, thoughts?
