2021 and positivity

Hi all So I am a 21 year old college student who has struggled with weight and eating disorders for the longest time. I have lost ~30 lbs over the past 3 years and even though people think it’s great and I look good I think it has given me a lot of eating disorders and stresses me out when I gain even a little weight. I stress about eating all the time and end up binging because of this stress and end up in an endless cycle of fad diets. I still want to lose at least 15 lbs more but I want to do it in a healthy way even if it takes me a whole year. My only goal this year is to try and eat 3 proper meals everyday, drink at least 2 liters of water and keep my calorie intake at ~1350. I was also training for a half marathon because I really enjoy running but I got covid in December and had to stop running. I now try to do some activity for 30 minutes daily even if it is just walking. I just wanted to post here so I felt more accountable and so that I can meet my physical goals with a healthy mindset.
