Hi everyone i have recently started counting my calories and am a bit unsure which one is correct.
Sorry if i dont explain this very well i will try my best. I put 200g (1cup) of Basmati rice into a measuring cup and then cooked it, after it finished cooking it is going to hold more water and expand. I put the rice back into the measuring cup to where 1 cup is and it was 85g on the scale. Now im kinda confused do i log it as 85g uncooked basmati rice according the packet or do i go into loseit app and find one that says cooked basmati rice and follow that? From the packet label if i put 85g i get 313 calories and if i use cooked basmati i get 110 calories which seems pretty low? i am unsure what to do and im kinda confused with chicken too. Thanks so much in advance i hope this makes sense
