Started a new diet and wondering if since I have a physical job that involves a lot of walking should I still plan on working out to help lose weight?

Currently I weigh 221 lbs and want to get down to 180 lbs before next November, the recommended weight for my age and height. My new diet is a pretty big change to what I usually eat. I'm eating vegetarian and cutting out all fast food, junk food snacks and sugar (besides fruits and other natural sugars). Eating healthier is easy for me because I feel so much better when I do.

I work in a warehouse and that involves a lot of walking and lifting. Should I also plan on working out? Exercising is the part that usually trips me up when living healthier. It's exhausting and I'm sort of lazy. Thanks for the advice!
