Hello to all the beautiful people in this group. I'm 20M. 5'8". I have been fat for all my life. Tried many things in different periods of my life and failed.
In this quarantine I was getting fatter because of staying home all day. So I decided to do Keto Diet and some exercises at home. Don't know why suddenly I became very determined about it.
3.5 months ago I was 260 lbs (118 kg). Now I am almost 216 lbs (98 kg). I have lost almost 44 lbs (20 kg) in these few days. I was astonished myself that I am finally doing it. My primary goal was to get to 200 lbs (90 kg). But I am stuck at 216 lbs for quite some time now. Almost like 3 weeks. I am not gaining any weight but also I am not losing any. I don't know what's wrong. I am following the same diet and same exercise from the day 1 with no day off. I really want to get to 200 lbs before this year ends. What should I do now ? Has any of you ever faced this type of situation ? I will be very grateful if any of you can give me some advises.
