Quitting Bad Food Habits

My partner works second shift and I’ve gotten in the habit of grabbing Taco Bell or pizza for a late dinner while waiting for him to get home. I’m trying to lose weight and I know this is something I need to quit doing because it is definitely making me go in the wrong direction with the scale.

It’s so simple to just say “so quit” but I keep freaking doing it and even after having a great day and good food prepped in the fridge, I still start craving fast food. I think it might have something to do with being lonely/bored at home.

Is anyone else struggling with this? Any strategies to share?

ETA: I’m trying to following CICO and finding that I have been consistently blowing it at night on a big meal.
