Over weekend weight gain.

Hi everyone! So i am a 29 yo M. I joined this sub on May 31 weighing 321. Now i am down to 288-290 over the last couple weeks. I just have a question about weighing in and maybe some advice on over indulging on weekends. So Friday at 5am i weighed 288. I worked out Saturday morning and played golf on Sunday and i drank more beer than usual and ate pretty unhealthy so on Monday morning the scale showed 299-300. Can anyone help explain the 10 pound weight gain? Obviously i don’t think i gained 10 pounds. While i ate unhealthy i am still pretty conscious of calories.

In addition to this I’d like some advice on how to be better over the weekends? I feel like i always set my progress back over the weekends and start at square one again every Monday. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
