I've decided to stay away from sweets, I've cream, snacks, sugary drinks etc. until Christmas, and to enjoy traditional treats in moderation during the holidays. It's about treating my body more respectfully and to turn around a trend of weight gain. I reached a weight I was very happy with about two years ago but have since put some of it back on again. I'm very disappointed in myself for that.
I'm now one week into my healthier lifestyle, and it's been going great! 2 kg gone already, but sadly I can't share my progress with anyone I know since I've been hiding most of my snacking from friends and family.
