I 25f 5ft 3inches no idea on weight probs 240lbs plus came to the point where i knew i needed to start working towards losing weight . In that in mind i have started by working out for 20mins a week , reducing my salt intake, removing every trace of food on my food including not watching about food and eating up foods that arent good for me ( me and my partner dont share these foods hence eating them up ) im not replacing them and foods my partners likes i only buy him the versions he likes hence removing the chance il eat it .
The reason for this long winded post is I need recommendations on a app to record and track my calories and i need recommendations for bathroom scales that measure more than just weight.
All recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading
