The last time I checked my weight, I was 213-215 lbs. I think that was around 1-2 weeks ago. Recently, I’ve been cutting out a lot of sugar & trying to make healthier choices. I still slip up, but I’m trying. I haven’t been working out because I’m still struggling with finding out a meal plan that works for me. Anyway, I stepped on the scale today because I thought I gained weight. You see, I’ve been having a lot of slip ups because of my sugar cravings. lol. Anyway, I checked my weight and I’m 205 lbs! I know that’s still a lot but I’m losing weight. lol.
That makes me a bit happy. I do want to focus on physical changes rather than the scale but.. I’m glad that I had some good news today.
