I am a 17 year old female and for the entirety of my life I have always been obese. I used comfort eating to help me whenever I felt sad or bored but I now realise that its the core of all of my issues. Two weeks ago I lost over twenty pounds in the space of just a few weeks but I didnt do it in a healthy way. I was originally 215 and went down to 186. For me this was great it made me feel better until I became too overly confident that I wasnt going to go back up. Ever since 186 I started to eat and eat and eat. Today is when it hit me, I am just peddling backwards. I am now 201 Lbs. I am supposed to start work this week. Now my uniform doesnt fit on my lower half. Having to call up and explaining that was awful. So I have now decided to start losing weight again but not so extremely. I want it to last.
