I'm trying to loose weight for a really long time. But I can't escape this scheme, which goes on and on every time I try to do something.
It goes like this: - I'm starting to exercise, counting calories. Everything is great, I feel amazing. I enjoy it. - I'm starting to see results. Wow, I look better, feel better. Cool.
And then I stop doing all of these.
I'm on a good way, I enjoy the journey but suddenly I stop and turn around. I can't understand why and I don't know what I can do to avoid it this time.
It's not like I don't have motivation. I want to do all those things, I like them, but... I just don't do it.
I exercised today 1st time since 2 months, I really want this time to be different.
